Terrific Tuesday!

Since there were no mountains in Sand Hill for her to move, Alexia decides to enlist Callie and Windham in helping her get rid of the tree. Seriously she wants the tree gone. Windham is trying to pull it over while the other two push. Notice George in the background. He is thinking "Watch out for that tree!"



















Final Assembly is packed again!














Looks like Callie talked her into taking a rest, but the look in her eyes says that she is not finished with that tree.














The Baboon Sanctuary is a short drive from Sand Hill. I don't think that Paul and Robert are buying what the tour guide saying.













Well maybe Paul did. It seems that the Howler monkeys roar when they feel threatened. The guide grunts and hollers at them to try to get them to make some noise. Paul figures that he is the biggest guy around, they should feel threatened if he growls at them.














I don't think it worked.

Glow-ry

I have recovered all but about 40 of the pictures that I had from the trip! I had made Jamie a copy and was able to get that back from her. Since it took 5 cds and took over 2 gig of memory I eliminated the last 40 pictures from her copy to make it fit. Since we have over 800, I don't think I will miss them. Laptop is still fried. I am thinking of ways to torture it for the information. Let me know if anyone has an idea.

REVIVAL!

Just wanted to let everybody know that Bro. Claudio Leal from Sand Hill's Zion Church will be coming to the states to preach a revival at Springfield. The revival will start Sunday Night October 1 and go through Wednesday October 4. Services generally start @ 7 pm (if that changes I will post times). Springfield would love to see anybody that would like to be a part of these services. Please make plans to attend!

BTW He is also bringing Oswin, Andrea, Alice and Tanya with him!! Be sure to come for a visit!

The Unexplained!

Well my laptop has fallen into a coma with all of my pictures from the trip locked in its little brain. I think the computer that I am on is heavily sedated. (It has taken 10 minutes for things to work that should have taken 10 nanoseconds.) Anyway, we are working on extracting the pictures. Don't tell the laptop, but when we get the goods, the laptop is toast.
